The resident pugs are owned by Cheryl who has had pugs for more than 15 years. Cheryl is a responsible and ethical breeder, the pugs are her own and very much part of her family, living in the house (and sleeping on her bed).

Cheryl discovered that spending time with pugs provided a wonderful way to connect with her child, who is on the autistic spectrum, creating meaningful and joyful interactions.

Each pug has their own personality, character and charisma. Some enjoy play time more than others, others prefer cuddles on a lap. They all enjoy being given treats from customers.

Who do the pugs belong to?

Feel free to arrive early and visit our cafe area where you an buy pug themed drinks and snacks, check out our merchandise and buy treats for the pugs.

When it comes to your booking time, you'll be invited into the pug's playground where you'll be given a quick briefing on how to be around the pugs.

The pugs will then burst into the space to be played with, hugged, given treats and share all the pug love with you.

The pugs are in the space for 50 of the 60 minute sessions, giving them time to go out and relieve themselves, have a rest or simply be outside.

The space is designed with pugs in mind to play, feel safe and enjoy their environment. Allowing the pugs to engage when they choose to without feeling intimidated.

During your time you can play with them, take photos, share treats and help them train, give them all the cuddles and get all the pug love. Release that seratonin.

How it works

Entry is charged at $30 per person for a one hour session with the pugs. During this time you're able to buy pug themed food and drink as well as treats for the pugs including our Pupccino, strawberry bowl, lollies and pug donuts.

We only allow 25 people per session to enhance the experience and not to overwhelm the pugs.

Children under one are free

(one per paying adult). Children

What's the difference in
the sessions?

CuppaPug is with our Resident and Rescue sessions, these are with adult pugs. Any pug in a pink bandana is up for adoption. These are very playful and energetic. You are able to play with the pugs, feed them treats and help with their training.

Our Puppy social sessions are sessions designed to spend time with pug puppies to help as part of their socialisation. These are much calmer sessions where you sit in a smaller room with the puppies where you can cuddle them, play with them and bask in their cuteness.

Puppy Social Sessions

Get ready to experience the cutest and most fun-filled day ever with CuppaPug's Puppy Days! We're excited to bring you adorable Pug puppies.

Join us for an hour of playtime, cuddles, and maybe even some puppy kisses. Ok - lots of puppy kisses. Our puppy days are perfect for pug lovers who want to meet other pug enthusiasts and make new friends while surrounded by the cutest puppies you've ever seen. Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to be a part of a pug-tastic day! All children are paying attendees for these sessions.

$40 per person, per hour. Sign up for Puppy day announcements.

Morning sessions the pugs are more playful but might not necessarily sit on laps.

Afternoon and evening sessions, they're more likely to sit on your lap for cuddles.

They're always playful and energetic, but if one is having a rest,

feel free to stroke them in the bed.

They always love being bought treats.

Look for the small tennis balls to play with.

Sitting on the floor is the best way of getting their attention.

A Pug's Playground

You don't need a pug to visit. Come and visit our resident pugs and pug pals whilst you enjoy a pug themed smoothie and cupcake. You can feed the pugs treats, watch them do tricks and play in the ball pit with them.
